The Education Justice Project, emanating from the University of Illinois, will offer 2 upper-division college courses to inmates at the Danville Correctional Center in Fall 2008, and three courses in Spring 2009. The courses will be taught by U of I faculty and will cover literature, African American history, philosophy, art history, and Introduction to religious studies.
